We recommend arriving at least 15–20 minutes before your session starts so you have time to settle in, set up, and get comfortable.
Our studios are centrally located and easy to access by public transport or car. You’ll receive the full address and directions in your booking confirmation email.
Yes, we have on-site parking available for guests. Please let us know in advance if you require a space.
Yes, sessions can be rescheduled or cancelled up to 48 hours in advance with no penalty. Late cancellations may incur a fee.
Absolutely! We offer both wired and wireless microphone options depending on your recording needs and preferences.
Yes, we support virtual recordings and live-streamed webinars using high-quality video and audio equipment for remote participants.
Of course! You’re welcome to bring branded items, backdrops, or props to personalize your session and make it your own.
All packages include studio access, professional audio equipment, basic editing, and a studio operator to assist you during your session.
The studio operator ensures everything runs smoothly, from setting up the equipment to monitoring sound levels and assisting with any technical issues.
Our studios are open Monday to Saturday from 9:00 AM to 8:00 PM. Sunday sessions are available by special request.
Each recording session includes full use of the studio, microphones, headphones, recording software, and on-site support from our team.
We accept most major payment methods including cash, debit/credit cards, and secure online payments.
Live mixing means we balance and fine-tune the audio in real time during recording, ensuring clean and polished sound from the start.
Basic editing is usually completed within 2–3 business days. More complex projects may take slightly longer depending on requirements.
You’ll receive your final audio or video files via a secure download link once editing is complete.
