2. Filing a Complaint

Client satisfaction is a top priority. If you are unhappy with any aspect of our service:

• Please contact us first to attempt a mutual resolution before initiating any formal complaint or legal action.

• Dispute escalation will follow a structured process involving internal reviews and optional mediation before any refund or revocation decisions.

3. Refund Eligibility

Refunds are handled case-by-case, with fairness and transparency in mind. General refund policies by service category are:

Application Development

• A full refund is possible only if the project has not been initiated.

• Once a project has started, partial refunds may be granted based on the percentage of work completed.

• All development projects are governed by written agreements, which will supersede this clause if a conflict arises.

Dedicated Hiring (Developers, Designers, Marketers, etc.)

• If work has not begun or a hired resource fails to begin on time, a full or proportionate refund will be issued.

• No refunds are available for work already performed.

• Clients must immediately raise concerns with the assigned Project Manager; retroactive discounts will not be entertained.

4. Project Delivery Expectations

To ensure on-time and accurate project delivery, the following client responsibilities apply:

• Timely payments must be made as per invoicing schedule.

• Effective communication must be maintained throughout the project lifecycle.

• Complete and accurate project scope must be shared at the beginning.

Delays or failures in any of the above may invalidate any refund or delivery guarantees, unless a special Service Level Agreement (SLA) is in place.
